Welcome to your ALOHA (Aspiring London Omni Housekeeping Academy) Training Program. Here you will complete your Omni Induction then move on to your General Training to give you the Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours you need to succeed in your role, along with completing regular training on monthly training topics during your time here at Omni.
Here at the AOLHA Training Program we have a 2-week training plan for you to follow as you embark on your training journey with us. A copy of the ALOHA Training Plan can be found with your Head Houskeeper and will be available here soon.
But what are you waiting for let’s get learning, as you must complete your training as follows:Day 1 – Omni Induction Training: This must be completed prior to you heading up to start being shown how to clean a guest bedroom, remember to provide your certificate to your manager and get your Training Record Signed off to confirm you have completed this training.
Day 2 – Omni General Training: This is to help you recap on what you learned on day one and must be completed by the end of your first week, remember to provide your certificate to your manager and get your Training Record Signed off to confirm you have completed this training
Monthly Training
Each month you will have a new topic to learn about, once you have completed this training, remember to provide your certificate to your manager and get your Training Record Signed off to confirm you have completed this training.

Yes
Once you have completed your modules in the e-learning you will get a certificate of completion or a certificate of competence. Once you have this you must forward a copy to your Head Housekeeper / Line Manager, and then see them to get your Training Record Signed to show that you have completed the required training.

Apprenticeship Level 2

Who can apply?
Our Academy is suitable for individuals looking to either kickstart their career in hospitality or boost their current skills, knowledge, and behaviours along with boosting their career prospects. The minimum requirements needed to apply are:
16 + / UK resident or EU citizen with a share code to prove settlement status in the UK / Not in full-time education or government-funded education program / Fully commit to the full 12 months of work and study

The inaugural LEAP Academy is set to launch in September 2025, offering you the skills and knowledge needed to excel in higher leadership roles.
